Please be aware Sat Navs have yet to catch up with changes to James Street so you need to navigate the last 100 metres the old fashion way! First find the Lawrence Street (AKA the Hull Road) /James Street traffic lights (A1 Moto Services the Triumph Dealer is on the corner) then proceed along James Street for about 75 metres (just past Jax Motorcycles) and the Raylor Centre is on your right - the large office building on the right with a carpark in front. Enter the yard on the left of the centre and follow the road through the industrial estate until you can go no further and you will find unit 53 (all the units are numbered)
